(((You want to fire before you move or after you move? Check the map to see where Lurrin wound up on the map. If you want to fire at B2, you'll risk hitting Lurrin...unless you want to take an AoO and fire after you move...in which case you either hit B2 or the Goblin in between you and him. Lemme know...)))

(((Stupid work...you leave for a few days and they expect you to "catch up" on what you missed. Damn hippies. Okay, Jack, you can hit B1 before you move without hitting Lurrin or B3 [though B3 has cover from B2]. G7 and G9 are also viable targets [though again, G9 has cover from G7]. B2, unfortunately, is the only target that puts Lurrin at risk. That would be if you fire before you move. If you want to fire after you move, you take an AoO, but you can hit B2 without putting Lurrin at risk. So...you risk an AoO...it's your call. Let me know if you're firing before or after you move and we'll use your roll from before. If I don't hear from ya in a bit, we'll assume you take the AoO, which actually probably isn't all that bad. BTW...anybody seen Phear/Lurrin about?)))

(((Okay...Jervis is up.)))
Jack fired a crossbow bolt at the Goblin to the left of Lurrin. The bolt pierced the Goblin's arm but did little in the way of slowing the creature down.
(((I'll give old Jervis a chance to go. If somebody shows up, we'll move along and let the Bugbear's that are up and goin' have their fun and go for the creepy Gnome.)))

Jervis likewise let loose with a shot from his crossbow, firing at the Bugbear nearest the group. (((Jervis: Attacks: B1: 1d20+4=11 (Miss)))) Jervis bolt soared wide and the Gnome reloaded his crossbow and took a small step further into the cave. The Bugbears started moving, angered at this intrusion into their cave. The three that had been hit by Serol's spell looked as though they would be coming to soon from the shock that had overtaken them by the burst. The two in the back, however, moved forward to stand at the back of the foray and let loose with javelins...both at Arik, the only easily targeted intruder. (((B4: Attacks: Arik: 1d20+3=4 (Miss) B5: Attacks: Arik: 1d20+3=14 (Miss)))) Both javelins soared through the air, beyond Arik and even Serol, and right out the mouth of the cave. (((Arik's up...let's finish this thing...been goin' too long. )))

Determined, Arik moved in cautiously on the bugbear in front of him, trying to press the beast back from Lurrin's side with his shield as he brought the sword of his family low and hopefully into the monster's belly...
((Im moving to attack the bugbear at B1...could someone roll for me por favor? Im at +8 attack (5+3+1+1+1-3 PA) and +9 dmg (5+1+3 PA) for Power Attack...crit on 19/x2))

Arik sunk his blade into the belly of the creature, drawing blood and bringing it to the ground. It was still alive and bleeding out...but not for lung. Pulling hard on the blade with the momentum of his thrust, Arik tore through the creature's flesh bringing the blade into the air once again. It was not destined to stay that way for long, however. (((Arik: Attacks: G7: 1d20+8=17 (Hit) Damage: 1d8+9=16))) The blade moved swiftly through the air. He moved it down at first to avoid nearby Lurrin, and then brought it up with a mighty swing at the nearby Goblin. The blade caught the creature across the neck, cleanly severing its head. It was dead before it hit the ground. Serol moved up to join the rest of them in the melee, taking a swing with his mighty chain from a safe distance away. (((Serol: Attacks: B3: 1d20+8=19 (Hit) Damage: 2d4+7=13))) As Serol swung his chain through the space that Arik had cleared, he removed yet another Bugbear from the battle with a painful crunch in the creature's chest. (((Thorgar's up...just figured I'd move us along as much as possible. Ohh... And... I'm back bitches! BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Okay...I'm clearly not...as Luke is posting this. But I thought I was. <sigh>)))
