You know, maybe it's me, but I don't see any problem at all with a little bit of munchkinizing. Not to the extent where you pull up this rare template that you apply to your already 1/2 hill giant - 1/2 fiend person who's got 7 different classes and 4 of them PrCs... that's a little over the top.
But if you're going to do something, what's wrong with making sure you're efficiant at it? I mean you could say anyone who takes a feat that makes sense is Mucnkinizing.
"How'd you get your sword out and swing at me this round?"
"I took Quick Draw at level 1."
"Munchkinizer!!!!!"

I like munchikinnxocansnaxczing if it makes sense with the character. Otherwise... well, I'll make the character make sense with the munchinalksdnozixcnzing. ;D
